The body of FGPFC is working together for the sake of the ministry by participating in different ministries in the church.

1. COMMUNION FELLOWSHIP MINISTRY: Responsible for setting up the communion table the first Sunday of the month. This includes setting up and putting away the communion table items and washing all dishing and putting away service items. Keeping track of inventory items that need to be purchased and if needed giving a list a items for purchase to the Pastor.



2. ADVERTISING and PUBLIC RELATIONS MINISTRY: Responsible for forwarding advertisments or church announcements/programs to area newspapers and religious radio stations. Also assists in preparation of program/event brochures for the church.



3. ANNOUNCEMENT CLERK MINISTRY: Responsible for presenting announcements during the morning worship service, evangelistic service and other scheduled services as requested.



4. DEACON BOARD MINISTRY: Members of this ministry are appointed by the Pastor. This ministry is the supporting arm of the Pastor and provides spiritual assistance.



5. EXECUTIVE BOARD: Members of this ministry are appointed by the Pastor. They also assists the Pastor in overseeing the business affairs and administration of the church.



6. DINING ROOM and KITCHEN MINISTRY: This ministry is responsible for preparing meals on special occasions such as receptions, funerals, fellowship dinners, ect.



7. HELPING HAND MINISTRY: This ministry provides clothing, food and financial assistance/counseling or guidance to those in need.



• Charity: Provides financial assistance/counseling or guidance and assistance to the sick and families during their time of bereavement.


• Clothing: The clothing bank consists of various clothing articles, shoes and handbags for those in need.
• Food: Food is provided to members of the church and community that are in need




8. JANITORIAL/MAINTENANCE MINISTRY:This ministry is responsible for the cleanliness of the church and other areas as requested by the Pastor/Deacons.



9. MOTHER'S BOARD MINISTRY: This ministry cares for the needs of the Pastor.



10. MUSIC DEPARTMENT MINISTRY: The purpose of the Music Department Ministry is to render songs of praise, worship and encouragement during the Sunday morning worship service and assist the Pastor during any church service when requested.



11. OUTREACH MINISTRY:These ministries are performed or conducted outside of the regular church setting but are still church related activities.



• BUS MINISTRIES: Provides needed transportation to the weekly services and other church related functions


• WITNESSING MINISTRY: This ministry visits the community and delivers brochurs, tracts, ect. regarding the chuch and ministry of Jesus Christ. The purpose of witnessing is to win souls for Christ and bring about changed lives.




12. SUNDAY SCHOOL DEPARTMENT MINISTRY: The purpose of the Sunday School is to educate students of the benefits of the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ and to instruct students in righteous living and spiritual growth.
    The Sunday School consists of the following departments:



• BEGGINER CLASS: Ages 1-8
• MIDDLE CLASS: Ages 9-11
• YOUTH CLASS: Ages 12-18
• ADULT CLASS: Ages 19 & older
• NEW MEMBERSHIP CLASS: For those who desire to join FGPFC, they must attend a 4 week class.


13. USHER BOARD MINISTRIES: This ministry is responsible for seating anyone who attends any service of the church in a pleaseant and cordial manner and be of assistance during church services as may be required. Meetings are held the third Thursday of each month.



14. WOMAN'S FELLOWSHIP GROUP MINISTRY: This ministry consists of women who meet regularly for fellowship, prayer, encouragement, support and planning of church and outside activities. Meetings are held on the second Saturday of the month.



15. MEN'S FELLOWSHIP MINISTRY: This ministry consists of men who meet regularly for fellowship, prayer, encouragement, support and planning of church and outside activities. Meetings are held on the first Saturday of the month.



16. YOUTH MINISTRY: This ministry consists of children/youth and is coordinated by the youth president. The purpose of this ministry is to provide fellowship, encouragement and educate the children/youth on righteous living and spiritual growth, provide fun filled learning activities (i.e.bowling, field trips, skating, seminars, bible quiz contests, etc.) and encourage participation in scheduled events.



17. CHILDREN'S CHURCH: This ministry provides the children that are too young a better understanding of how to worship, praise, , bible teachings and all aspects of what the adult church does.
