The Lord has truely blessed our church with great leaders. Our Bishop Semmie D. and his wife (Co-Pastor) Altha M. Leffall founded and organized the church on May 10, 1970. Our Bishop recently went home to the Lord and Pastor Altha Mae Leffall is now our Pastor. They were married September 29, 1956. Bishop served in the Army and is a retired Postal employee. They have been blessed with two daughters and three sons.

Bishop became a licensed minister and ordained as an elder in 1957 while attending God's Pentecostal Temple, located at 16th and Fir in Seattle, Wa. In 1977 he was consecrated as a bishop and served several years as President of the Full Gospel Pentecostal Federated Church Association and as President of the Federated Pentecostal Churches International.

Pastor,(Evangelist) Altha Leffall, truely a Regal woman of many hats, has served as Co-Pastor and several years as the National Woman's Supervisor of the Full Gospel Pentecostal Federated Church Association.

Just as God's people experience many facets and changes in their lives, the original apperance of the church itself has undergone several changes. The church's sanctuary was transformed from a smaller one to a much larger one with added amenities. Although the membership at times has been few, we were blessed to finalize the closing of three mortgages.

Within the community, the church has provided food for those in need, emergency shelter for the homeless, finances, clothing from the clothing bank and spiritual counseling. This church is working toward the Kingdom Of God and is stiving to continue its commitment to being "A Miracle Community Church".

Both Bishop Leffall and His wife now Pastor Leffall are a most caring and loving individuals. They are avid fishers along with several members. For over 25 years they have labored diligently in preaching God's word and working for the Kingdom of Christ. They have served as faithful shepherds of God's flock and have been an inspiration and example for many.
